By purchasing a subscription to the Legacy of Love Subscription Community, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms and Conditions as set forth by Karie Gonia (“Guide”). By checking the box next to this Terms of Use and clicking the “Purchase” button, you are voluntarily entering into a legally binding agreement that includes automatic renewal unless you opt out prior to renewal.

1. Membership Overview

Client agrees and understands that he/she is purchasing a subscription to the Membership Site:

  • 6-month subscription: $390
  • 1-year subscription: $715

This subscription grants access to the Legacy of Love community, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Monthly Family Constellation Therapy Events
  • Exclusive Guest Speakers covering topics such as:
    • Past Life Regression
    • Akashic Records

  • Daily Posts from Spirit

Client acknowledges that he/she has read the Membership Site Addendum and conducted any additional research necessary to feel he/she understands what is being provided in Membership Site as well as what is not included. Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein, as well as the general policies and procedures that can be found in this Agreement and on Guide’s website.

Client acknowledges that Legacy of Love is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment.

2. Automatic Renewal & Payment Terms

  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the 6-month or 1-year period unless the Client manually opts out before the renewal date.
  • Payments will be automatically charged using the same method of payment provided at signup.
  • If a payment is declined, the Client has three (3) days to update their payment method. If unable to do so within the (21) day grace period, Client will promptly be removed from Membership Site. If he/she wishes to rejoin, Client may do so at the current market price.
  • No refunds will be issued for any payments made.

    Client understands the cost of the Membership Site is three hundred and ninety U.S. dollars ($390) payable every six (6) months, or seven hundred and fifteen U.S. dollars ($715) payable every year, and charged automatically, in accordance with the Auto-Renewal Terms outlined below in section three (3). Client understands he/she is responsible for the full payment for at least 6 months, and agrees to pay the sum requested electronically, via Guide’s website or a designated third party payment processor of Guide’s choosing, in full. Client may also elect to make one (1) annual payment, which would be renewed automatically each year, unless canceled at least twenty-four hours prior to the date in which the charge was scheduled to be made.

    Client also agrees that, should any dispute arise relating to payment, Client will not dispute the charge with his/her bank, or otherwise allege the charge to be fraudulent – Client will resolve the dispute with Guide in another way. Should Client elect to dispute the charge, Client understands he/she will be responsible for the full amount disputed, as well as any costs and legal fees incurred in connection with Guide’s time spent in responding to the dispute, and confirming the charges are not fraudulent.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Client understands there is a six (6) month initial commitment upon joining Membership Site, meaning Client MAY NOT CANCEL within the first six (6) months of membership. 
  • Clients may cancel before their next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.
  • To cancel, email hello@kariegonia.com with “Subscription Cancellation” in the subject line, including the Client’s name, email address, and confirmation of request to terminate his or her membership. Client will be notified upon Guide’s receipt of email, and his or her membership will subsequently be canceled prior to the following billing period, assuming it is more than 3 business days away.
  • No refunds will be provided for early cancellations. Clients will retain access to the community for the remainder of their paid subscription term.

    If Client wishes to cancel his or her membership after the first six (6) months, Client must do so more than 3 business days before the charge is scheduled to withdraw. Any requests for cancellation made less than 3 business days before the automatic renewal is scheduled to charge the Client’s card, or made subsequent to the charge, will take effect the following month.

    As outlined above, if Client cancels his or her membership less than 3 business days hours before the automatic renewal is scheduled to charge Client’s card, Client acknowledges and agrees he or she will be charged for the next six (6) months, and the cancellation will take effect following this. Should this occur, Client will have access to Membership Site for the six (6) months in which Client paid, with membership terminating at the end of the last paid month.

    By checking the box on the purchase page confirming your agreement to these Terms, you also confirm you are given your unequivocal, clear, affirmative consent to your agreement with these automatic renewal terms, the six (6) month minimum membership, the cancelation policy, and that you understand how to cancel before your card is charged for the following term.

    Guide is not able to offer refunds once Client has purchased access to the Membership Site. If Client is dissatisfied with his or her membership, he or she may elect to Cancel via the CANCELATION POLICY outlined above in paragraph five (5), and will not be charged for subsequent months. If Client is within the first six (6) months of his/her membership, no refund will be given for any reason, even upon cancelation, for annual or monthly membership payment.

    Client further agrees and understands that changing his/her mind about the Membership Site, failing to follow through or understand the details of the Membership Site, not experiencing the results he/she expected or desired, or experiencing any other similar situations does not entitle her to a refund.

    The Support Department’s hours of operation is Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM PST

4. Confidentiality & Community Guidelines

  • All materials, content, and discussions within Legacy of Love are confidential and for personal use only.
  • Clients may not share, distribute, or copy proprietary materials without explicit permission.
  • Recording or reproducing group sessions, meditations, or community discussions is strictly prohibited.
  • Clients must treat fellow members with respect, kindness, and integrity. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the community without a refund.
  • Guide reserves the right to remove any Client who engages in offensive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior without refund.

    Guide maintains a zero tolerance policy with respect to offensive, discriminatory, rude, or defamatory behavior within Membership Site. Guide reserves the right to remove Client from Membership Site at any time, should Client engage in any inappropriate behavior, make any offensive, derogatory, or otherwise disruptive comments within Membership Site, in the sole and absolute discretion of Guide. If removed, Client understands that he/she will not be charged for any future months within Membership Site, and may not be permitted to rejoin.

    Should Client post any information or content within Membership Site, including positive feedback, commentary, breakthroughs, or other information, Client hereby grants Guide with a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, share, and otherwise post such comments (without name and/or identifying information) in connection with advertisements or other promotional materials for Membership Site.

    Client also understands and agrees that he/she does not have an expectation of privacy within Membership Site, and expressly gives Guide permission to record Q&A calls to be shared, and to make commercial use of any recordings. All Q&A calls and group sessions will be recorded and shared with all members of Membership Site, to be viewed at a later date or multiple times. Guide also reserves the right to package and resell any pre-recorded Q&A sessions, as long as all personally identifiable information is redacted, including Client name, photo, and other information. However, Client’s questions and comments may be viewable on any recording.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • All materials within Legacy of Love remain the intellectual property of Karie Gonia.
  • Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to access materials.
  • Clients may not copy, repurpose, sell, or redistribute any content from the community.
  • Testimonials and feedback shared within the Membership Site may be used by the Guide for marketing purposes. However, any identifying information will be kept anonymous unless explicit consent is given.

    Following Client’s access to Membership Site, Client will have gained access to various trade secrets and personal intellectual property of Guide, including but not limited to materials such as, mindset guidance, information, proprietary strategies, and/or other information that may have become available for use through Client’s participation in the Membership Site. Client understands and acknowledges that this information is not to be openly shared with others who have not participated in Membership Site.  Client agrees not to share, copy, or distribute any documents or other proprietary information obtained through Membership Site, and agrees that he or she will be in violation of these Terms of Use if he or she uses any of the Content outlined as his/her own material, or repurposes and uses the Content in his/her own business without express written permission of Guide. Client also understands and agrees he/she will not disclose or use any information provided to Client during sessions, discussions, or otherwise.

    Client agrees and understands that Guide has created numerous original, creative works in connection with the Membership Site, and agrees that Guide maintains all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in all original or derivative content associated with or included in the Membership Site, whether created prior to working with Client or specifically for Client, including but not limited to: documents, charts, emails, graphs, products, systems, processes, handouts, worksheets, copy for website or sales pages, and any other original work created by Guide. Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a transfer of ownership of any Intellectual Property from Guide to Client, nor grant any license to use the information, other than that which is expressly provided throughout the course of the Membership Site.

    Client agrees and understands he/she is not to copy, repost, alter, publish, sell, assist others in selling, manipulate, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the content or intellectual property provided by Guide or obtained through working with Guide, without Guide’s express written consent. If such behavior is discovered or suspected, Guide reserves the right to immediately end Client’s participation in the Membership Site without refund, as well as access to any Membership Site or materials Client may have purchased, without refund, and reserve the right to prosecute any actionable infringement or misuse to the full extent of the law.

    Licensee Rights: Guide’s Limited License to Client: Client understands that in purchasing the Membership Site, she/he is gaining access to view all content and information available as part of the Membership Site. Client understands this means he/she will have been granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the information provided as instructed or allowed by Guide. As a “Licensee,” Client understands and agrees that Client will not: (a) copy, edit, distribute, duplicate or steal any information or any Content obtained through Membership Site without written permission by Guide; (b) Post, distribute, copy, steal or otherwise use any portion of the Membership Site or its content, or information obtained via other members in the group Membership Site without written permission by Guide, and understand that any such use may constitute infringement, which may give rise to a cause of action against Client; (c) Claim any content created by Guide as part of the Membership Site or otherwise given to Client is his/her own, meaning he/she cannot claim any content created by Guide was Client’s work, and use in his/her business as his/her own; (d) Share purchased materials, information, content with others who have not purchased them.

    Client agrees at all times to defend, fully indemnify and hold Guide and any affiliates, agents, team members or other party associated with Guide harmless from any causes of action, damages, losses, costs, expenses incurred as a result of Client’s use of Membership Site, as well as any third-party claims of any kind (including attorney’s fees) arising from his/her actions as a direct or indirect result of Client’s participation in Membership Site. Should Guide be required to defend herself in any action directly or indirectly involving Client, or an action where we decide Client’s participation or assistance would benefit Guide’s defense, Client agrees to participate and provide any evidence, documents, testimony, or other information deemed useful by Guide, free of charge.

    Should a dispute arise between Guide and Client, the parties agree to attempt to resolve by good-faith negotiations and discussions. (Client agrees that failure to see results is not a basis for a “dispute” and agrees he or she does not hold Guide responsible for any specific results, or those results which have been achieved by other clients of Guide.)

    If unable to reach a resolution informally, Client and Guide agree that all disputes will be submitted for Arbitration by the American Arbitration Association, to be completed in California within a reasonable amount of time. Client and Guide agree to participate in the arbitration process in good faith and in a manner that will effectively and efficiently resolve the dispute at hand, including the exchange of any materials, documents, or information. The decision made by the arbitrator is to be final and binding on both parties, and is not to be appealed or otherwise set aside. It is to be enforceable in any court of proper jurisdiction as a judgement of law or decree.

    This Agreement shall be governed by and under control of the laws of California regardless of conflict of law principles, and regardless of location of Client. Client understands this and agrees that the laws of California are to be applicable here.

    This agreement may be altered, amended, changed, extended, or updated depending on current laws, structure of Membership Site, or Guide’s business. Client’s continued use of the Membership Site constitutes an agreement to the most updated version of this Agreement.

    Should Client breach this provision and disclose confidential or proprietary information belonging to Guide or another participating in the Membership Site, Client understands additional action may be taken by Guide up to and including legal action.

6. No Guarantee & Disclaimer

  • Legacy of Love provides educational, spiritual, and personal growth content. Results are not guaranteed.
  • Guide is not a licensed therapist, doctor, or financial advisor, and information provided is for personal insight, not professional advice.
  • Clients assume all responsibility for their participation and waive any legal claims against the Guide for outcomes related to their engagement in the community.

    Membership Site and content contained within the Membership Site is not to be considered therapy or counseling, medical treatment or advice, and nothing within the Membership Site is intended to provide or act as a substitute for mental health treatment. Client understands that Guide may share opinions regarding health, wellness, medical information, natural remedies, alternative medicine, healing modalities, energetic healing, and other similar wellness principles and concepts. Client understands all such information is meant as educational in nature, and is not meant or intended to serve as a substitute for medical treatment, advice, or to serve as any sort of personalized advice. Client agrees he/she will exercise independent judgment in assessing whether any information provided within Membership Site is right for Client to implement, and will consult a medical professional prior to implementing anything from Membership Site.

    Client understands and agrees that there are no therapy, treatment, or medical-based elements to Membership Site, and it is not meant for those who are in need of (or think they may be in need of) medical services. Guide is not attempting nor suggesting Client enroll in Membership Site in place of a personalized consultation with a medical professional in your geographical area.

    Guide encourages Client to consult a physician if he/she suspects he/she may benefit from such services. We will assume that all individuals choosing to purchase Membership Site will have previously obtained clearance and permission from their applicable personal medical physician and has concluded that the Membership Site offered is right for them. Nothing contained within Membership Site is intended to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any medical condition or disease, nor is it to be considered medical advice in any capacity.

    Guide cannot guarantee results from any of the content on Membership Site, and cannot make any representations or guarantees regarding individual results. As outlined herein, Client will consult a medical professional prior to implementing anything from Membership Site, and will exercise independent judgment in determining if any information within Membership Site is right for Client. Client will hold Guide harmless if he or she does not experience the desired results, or if any such information is implemented with negative results.

    Client understands that all services provided by Karie Gonia, Inc. in connection with the Membership Site being purchased are provided on an “as is” basis, meaning it is without any guarantees, representations, or warranties, including but not limited to warranties relating to quality, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or expectation or course of performance. Client is choosing to purchase access to Membership Site and work with Guide on a purely voluntary basis and does not hold Guide or Membership Site responsible should Client become dissatisfied with any portion of the Membership Site.

    Client agrees that he/she does not have a cause of action, legal remedy, and is not entitled to a refund should he/she not achieve the results desired following completion of the Membership Site, as long as Guide delivers the Membership Site as described in the Addendum below.

    Client also understands Guide is not a doctor, nurse, lawyer, financial adviser, psychic, licensed therapist, or otherwise, and agrees to hold Karie Gonia, Inc. and all owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless should any physical, emotional, or financial injury occur as a direct or indirect result of the Membership Site. The content provided by Guide on his/her website and within the Membership Site is comprised of information that has worked for Guide and other clients, and may or may not be useful to Client in his/her personal business or life. Client understands Guide cannot guarantee results from this Membership Site, and has no expectation of a specific result that he or she holds Guide responsible for.

7. Technology Disclaimer

  • The Legacy of Love subscription is hosted on a third-party platform with its own terms and policies. Clients should review and ensure agreement with these terms before joining.
  • Guide is not responsible for any technical issues on the Client’s end that prevent access to the platform.
  • Inability to access the Legacy of Love materials due to personal technology issues does not qualify for a refund.

    Membership Site will be offered on a third party platform, with its own terms and policies. Client will review and ensure agreement to such terms prior to joining Membership Site. Should Client have any questions about the platform used, he/she will reach out to the platform directly, and understands Guide is not involved. Guide is not responsible for any specific technology Client may need in order to adequately view and utilize Membership Site. Client’s inability to access Membership Site due to a technology issue on Client’s end does not qualify Client for a refund, nor does it alleviate Client of his or her responsibility to make monthly payments, unless or until Client’s membership is properly canceled in accordance with the cancelation policy in paragraph three (3).
