By enrolling in the Family Constellation Therapy (FCT) Teacher Training Intensive with Karie Gonia, LLC (“Guide”), you (“Student”) agree to the following terms and conditions. This is a private, by-invitation-only program designed for heart-led wellness professionals and spiritual practitioners. All students must demonstrate alignment with the ethical standards and spiritual integrity this work requires.

1. Program Access & Overview

This training is a 12-month, immersive learning experience that includes:

  • Monthly live virtual teachings and experiential sessions with Karie Gonia
  • Certification upon completion of the course requirements
  • Access to replays, integration tools, class materials, and teaching library
  • Exclusive member portal and online community
  • Supportive content such as guided meditations, templates, and healing tools

This program offers a sacred space for growth, integration, and ancestral healing. It is not a replacement for therapy, clinical certification, or medical treatment.

Certification Disclaimer: Completion of this training program qualifies students for a certificate of completion issued by Karie Gonia, LLC. This certificate does not constitute a license or credential for psychotherapy, mental health counseling, or any other regulated profession. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any state licensing board or educational institution. Students are responsible for understanding the professional requirements in their respective locations and practice scopes.

2. Tuition & Payment Terms

The full tuition for the 12-month program is:
$8,000 USD

Students may:

  • Pay in full at the time of registration, or
  • Use PayPal’s Pay Later or another approved installment option

Payment is required to confirm your space. Due to the limited number of students accepted and the sacred nature of the training, no refunds will be issued after registration.

All payments must be completed on time. If using a payment plan and payment is declined, you will have 3 days to update your payment method. Failure to do so will result in suspension from the program and possible removal.

3. Commitment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Enrollment in this training reflects a spiritual and financial commitment. Due to the intimate and customized nature of the work, there are no refunds, transfers, or cancellations once the course begins.

If you choose to discontinue participation, you are still responsible for the full tuition unless prior arrangements have been made in writing and approved by Karie Gonia, LLC.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these conditions, including the automatic renewal if applicable to payment plans. Karie Gonia, LLC reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes agreement to updated terms.

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

This is a confidential training program. All materials, group shares, recorded calls, and communications are private and may not be shared with non-members.

  • Do not screenshot, record, or share information outside of the designated community.
  • Do not repost or distribute any content, including quotes, healing tools, or conversations, without written permission.
  • You understand that group sessions are recorded and may be used for future educational purposes. While personal details are never highlighted, your voice or general questions may appear in recordings.

By enrolling, you consent to being recorded in live sessions and agree to participate with respect for others’ privacy.

Karie Gonia, LLC reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful behavior without refund.

5. Intellectual Property & License Rights

All content provided in the course—including but not limited to meditations, templates, frameworks, written content, audio/video recordings, and exercises—is the exclusive intellectual property of Karie Gonia, LLC.

Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the material for personal learning and facilitation only. You may not:

  • Share, teach, repackage, or reproduce course materials
  • Claim materials as your own or use them in branded offerings
  • Publish or distribute any portion of the training publicly or commercially

Violation of these terms may result in removal and legal recourse. By participating, you agree not to infringe upon or misuse Karie Gonia’s intellectual property in any way.

6. Expectation of Privacy

While confidentiality is upheld by all members, you understand that no technology is 100% secure. You agree not to hold Karie Gonia, LLC responsible for technology-related breaches beyond reasonable control. Group calls and communications may be hosted on third-party platforms with their own policies.

7. Technology Disclaimer

This training is hosted using third-party online platforms and software. Karie Gonia, LLC is not responsible for technical difficulties on your end including, but not limited to: internet issues, outdated devices, unsupported browsers, or user error.

  • Students are responsible for ensuring they have proper access to a stable internet connection and compatible technology.
  • Inability to participate or access materials due to personal technical issues does not qualify for refunds or compensation.
  • Karie Gonia, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserves the right to switch platforms as needed.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to resolve it in good faith. If necessary, the matter will be submitted to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association in California. Each party agrees to cover its own legal fees unless otherwise directed by the arbitrator.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Karie Gonia, LLC. Doing so may result in permanent removal from the program and possible legal action.

9. Updates to the Agreement

Karie Gonia, LLC reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time to reflect legal requirements, structural changes, or business needs. You will be notified of changes, and continued participation confirms your acceptance of the updated terms.
