Legacy of Love!
My Transformative Journey
I was born and raised in the magical setting of Washington’s Kitsap Peninsula, where I had an incredibly fun and active childhood. Growing up with an older sister, we were inseparable, always getting into adventures and creating lifelong memories.
When we were little, we lived in the most magical cul-de-sac. Our town was small, so I went to school with the same kids from kindergarten through 12th grade. Our yard was beautiful, and our dad was obsessed with keeping our grass pristine. The backyard felt like a magical forest with huge pine trees. I spent most of my childhood back there making forts (something my dad taught me), potions with berries and leaves, and talking to the elementals (fairies, gnomes—as well as angels—I saw them a lot as a kid). Our yard felt like a different world to me. There was something really magical about it – and my house was the place where all the neighborhood kids wanted to play.
My dad taught my sister and me to make wishes on dandelions. I spent so much time pulling them out of the yard only to blow the seeds back into the yard. He never minded. He taught us that even though they were considered weeds, they held magic. That always stuck with me as a metaphor for life. It can sometimes feel so hard, but there is always something to wish on and wish for.
I have always been deeply connected to my ancestors. I used to dream of my dad’s grandmother, Opal, and she would give me information to tell my parents. She died five months before I was born, and when I was old enough to understand, my mom told me a story of their last meeting. My mom went to the hospital to say goodbye to her, and she rubbed my mom’s belly and said, “Take care of her, she’s special.” I didn’t know this, but I dreamt of her all the time.
From a young age, people were drawn to me, often sharing their deepest hopes and fears. I’ve always been told that I have a sparkly aura, attracting people like a magnet. This natural ability to connect with others is something I’ve cherished throughout my life. I’ve always been in tune with my spiritual gifts—clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and empathy. Even as a child, I had profound moments where I instantly knew I was an empath or connected to some higher consciousness. I felt everything 100 times more than everyone else. I didn’t know it then, but being so sensitive became my superpower. I would write and draw about angels and guides, filling books with stories about the other side. It was as if I had a map and listened to it completely until I got older and was told I couldn’t. My mom still keeps those childhood books, a testament to my early connection with the spiritual world.
However, life took me on a different path for a while. I spent 14 years in Corporate America, climbing the ranks to become an executive in Information Security in Seattle. Despite my successful career, I was running from my spiritual gifts. However, during that time, a few major events changed my life.

TranSformation
My first love died in a car accident when I was 20, and that’s when my mediumship abilities really ramped up. Even though I had always had the connection, specific things started happening in my environment—lights going on and off, the radio turning to his favorite song when unplugged. I was really close to my aunt (my dad’s older sister), who helped me embrace my gifts.
But that didn’t convince me to embrace my abilities, it took a severe health scare, involving a blood clot and pneumonia, to make me realize I needed to change my life. An ER doctor (Dr. Ian) warned me that if I didn’t start listening to my soul, I would die. That wake-up call led me to resign from my corporate job, and almost immediately, my health began to improve. My spiritual gifts flourished after this turning point. My mediumship abilities, which had always been there, intensified. I had vivid, prophetic dreams and experiences that connected me deeply with other realms.
My father’s unexpected death in 2021 was a profound event that reshaped my life. When my dad died my spiritual work finally made sense to me on a soul level. I was always meant to create a legacy through love. That’s the foundation of any spiritual work, and specifically with family constellation therapy. He taught me about the magic of the unseen worlds. He didn’t have the language for it at the time (nobody did), but he was connected to energy work and other healing modalities that weren’t being talked about at that time. He was open and curious about how we connected to others on the other side.
Our childhood backyard, where my sister and I made wishes on dandelions and created magical worlds, became a symbol of his enduring presence. In honor of him, my sister and I got matching dandelion tattoos with “love dad” in his handwriting.
My journey into spiritual healing truly began when I met Char Sundust, a renowned shamanic practitioner in Seattle. She confirmed my spiritual gifts and guided me through her mentorship program at Sundust Oracle Institute. I studied shamanic principles under Char and her colleague Roshi Paquin for nearly seven years, apprenticing and assisting in various healing practices.
Every time we had a new lesson, I instinctively knew how to do it. This happened later with Family Constellation Therapy too. It was like my soul reminded my human of all her gifts. I didn’t realize it before I met her that I had been dreaming of her for years.
My story is a testimony to everything being connected. I dreamt of Char for years and then was told about her in a random way. I had a dream to move to LA; I had been talking about LA since I was a child, so I listened and moved to LA.
After a dream led me to move to Los Angeles, my path crossed with Natalie Berthold, a Family Constellation Therapy practitioner. This therapy changed my life, helping me clear ancestral patterns and understand my spiritual journey on a deeper level. I trained extensively with Natalie, traveling between NYC and LA, and eventually became a facilitator of this transformative therapy. I owe everything to Family Constellation Therapy and LA. It changed me on a cellular level.
Today, I am committed to using my gifts to help others shine their inner light. My nephews inspire me to leave a Legacy of Love, knowing that the healing work I do now will benefit future generations. I believe that everything in life is connected, and I am here to help you navigate your own spiritual journey, just as I have navigated mine.
